# ThetaHerd infrastructure

Herd is the shared infrastructure entrance for ThetaCow and Aave Cattle.
The separate Cow and Cattle frontends remain available. The unified ThetaHerd
pasture and builder are design previews, with no signing or transactions.

First choose Cow (short) or Bull (long). Cow offers fully funded or supported
Aave collateral; Bull currently offers only Aave collateral. Ghost is the
Aave collateral identity. Borrowing is optional after funding. Theme and
sleeping character illustrations never change protocol behavior.
